Even under difficult wartime conditions, Meest continues to deliver parcels to home addresses in Ukraine. Due to combat operations, some restrictions may be in place in certain regions, but we are making every effort to provide high-quality and stable service.

For clients in the USA, the following conditions apply:
- The maximum value of goods for shipment without customs duty is €150;
- The maximum weight of one parcel is 66 pounds (30 kg);
- Each parcel is automatically insured for $60, with additional insurance costing 5% of the insured amount;
- You can send food products in manufacturer packaging with a total weight of up to 22 pounds (10 kg), with a limit of 4.4 pounds (2 kg) per product type;
- Children's electric vehicles (hoverboards, electric scooters, toy cars, etc.) are subject to customs clearance regardless of value, with rates: duty — 10%, excise tax — €22 per unit, VAT — 20%.
An important advantage is flexible conditions regarding the number of boxes — you can send an unlimited number. The weight of each box should not exceed 30 kg, and its dimensions are limited to 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm. The delivery cost is calculated based on the regular physical weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater (volumetric weight calculation: height * width * length (cm) / 5000).
Pay attention to the list of prohibited items for shipment.
These include: food products, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, tobacco products, medicines, weapons, explosives, drugs, as well as personal documents (passports, gun permits), items made of precious metals, and other dangerous items.
If the shipment value exceeds $800 or weight is more than 30 kg, the recipient must fill out a customs power of attorney (Power of Attorney - POA) and provide a document confirming their social security number (IRS or SS proof).
