The Embassy of Ukraine in the USA announces the launch of outreach consular services aimed at simplifying the issuance of foreign passports for vulnerable categories of citizens and those whose documents have expired. This initiative has been created to help Ukrainians in the USA amid high demand for passport services. Don’t miss the opportunity to take advantage of this!
Schedule of Outreach Sessions
By the end of 2025, the Embassy of Ukraine in the USA plans to conduct four outreach consular sessions in the following cities:
October 4-5 – Atlanta, Georgia
October 25-26 – Parma, Ohio
November – Miami, Florida (dates to be clarified)
December – Charlotte, North Carolina (dates to be clarified)
These events will focus exclusively on accepting applications for foreign passports and issuing ready documents.
Who can submit documents?
Outreach consular services are available for the following categories of Ukrainian citizens:
Persons with disabilities (1st or 2nd group)
Victims of the Chernobyl disaster (categories 1 and 2)
Orphans, children deprived of parental care, and their legal representatives
Participating in hostilities
Military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their family members (spouse, children, parents)
Large families
Citizens whose foreign passports are expired or will expire by February 28, 2026
Important! Men of conscription age (18–60 years) will not be accepted for issuing foreign passports during outreach sessions due to the need for additional checks.
How to make an appointment?
Fill out the online form by the end of August 28 at the link: https://forms.office.com/e/SJw1DBLM7v.
Citizens belonging to the specified categories and residing within the consular district of the Embassy will receive an additional link for registration and instructions 3 weeks before the event.
For receiving ready passports, registration will be conducted separately via a link that will be published on the official Embassy resources 3 weeks before each session.
