In August, a magnitude 4.2 earthquake was recorded in the Madison area, one of two earthquakes that occurred over a few days. The 4.2 magnitude quake caused some beer taps at Debonne Vineyards to open, spilling about 30 gallons of beer onto the floor, and also caused a crack in the vineyard's chimney, about the width of a hair.
